Film vs. Digital
Just got some negatives back from the last few shoots. Yup - I am definately going back to film. People in photos taken with film just take the photographer more seriously. Who would have thought psychology had anything to do with working with people?!
I really hate the idea that film is romantic. Any new technology immediately makes the previous one romantic! Typewriters, horses, candles, they are ALL romantic. Why - because time spent on any one thing equals romance and caring and patience. - JF

David Waldman (AKA Kidwithcamera) has some photos up for the Contact Festival show at the Drake General Store 1144 Queen Street West. Go see them or death will surely come knocking - or ringing if you live in an apartment where you have to be buzzed in.
